Paralyzed by Indecision?

Some of the hardest decisions I’ve made in my life have helped me design a life I love. Like becoming a mom at age 19, living abroad for 10 years, staring my business and letting go of toxic people – just to name a few. Today, I’m so grateful that I didn’t let fear stop me from making those decisions.

Do you avoid making a decision you know you need to make?

Are you second-guessing yourself so much that you block yourself from taking action?

If so, you’re not alone.
⠀⠀
Sometimes in life, we find ourselves in a situation where not knowing what to do next makes us feel passive. We feel paralyzed by uncertainty. Paralyzed by Indecision. If we don’t know the next step to take we do nothing even if status quo makes us unhappy.⠀⠀

We waste too much time waiting for the ideal path to appear. But it rarely does. Your new life path are made by walking and taking action, not waiting. Don’t wait to feel more confident before you take the next step. Taking the next step is what builds your confidence.

No matter what situation you are in, if you are unhappy with it, or unsure as to how to proceed, then you need to take time out to make a plan. Don’t wait! If you wait until you feel 100% ready, you will be waisting so much time of your precious life.
⠀⠀
Change feels uncomfortable. It’s normal. But never avoid making a decision you know you need to make just to escape being uncomfortable. Do not waste your energy fighting against where you are. Invest your time, energy and focus on making positive changes in your life. Now. Don’t wait.

Bottom line: Avoid paralysis by analysis. Act. Make that decision. Examine your results, make adjustments, and move on. It´s the not making a decision that leaves you confused and frustrated.

When you make a decision it calms your soul. It sets you free. When you get good at this your life will change. But only when you flex the muscle of decision-making. Decision-making is a skill! Don’t let the weight of decisions hold you back from the life waiting for you. And if you get overwhelmed with fear of making the wrong decision, remember this; If you don’t make the right decision, you can always make the decision right.
